BRONZE ESSENTIAL SERVICE PLAN
PLAN DETAILS
Plan includes an annual service of your boiler
Help to extend the life of your boiler and optimise performance with an annual service and safety check.
Plan includes an annual service with:
- Flue Gas Analysis
- Internal Component Checks undertaken: Expansion Vessel, Electrical Connections, Fan, Ignition Probe, Main Heat Exchanger, Condensate Trap
- Filter Clean (if fitted)
- Gas Pressure Test
Plan Excludes:
- Repairs to the boiler or heating system
- Removing sludge or scale
- Chemical dosing

SILVER BOILER SERVICE PLAN
PLAN DETAILS
Plan includes an annual service, incorporating boiler care with priority response to call outs
Help to extend the life of your boiler and optimise performance with an annual service and safety check, including boiler and heating control repairs. We will prioritise any call outs to repairs to your boiler
The SILVER plan includes every service in BRONZE plus:
- Repairing boiler, boiler parts or heating controls where repairable
- Supplying and fitting any available boiler parts required
- Fitting (but not supplying) any heating controls
- Priority attendance to any boiler faults
Plan Excludes:
- Domestic boilers over 70Kw in size or over 16 years old
- Supplying new heating controls if required
- Repairing the boiler (or supplying a new boiler) if the required spare parts are not available or the boiler is beyond economic repair
- Repairing damage caused by sludge, scale or debris
- Pre-existing faults or conditions
- Chemical dosing

GOLD HEATING SERVICE PLAN
PLAN DETAILS
Plan includes an annual service, incorporating boiler and heating system care with priority response to call outs
Help to extend the life of your boiler and optimise performance with an annual service and safety check, including boiler and heating system repairs. We will prioritise any call outs to repairs to your boiler
GOLD SERVICE INCLUDES all services in SILVER plus:
- Repairing or replacing: radiators, radiator valves, central heating pipework, gas pipework, header tank
- Boiler replacement cover if less than 7 years old & deemed irreparable
- If your boiler is 7 years old or older, and it is not possible to repair it becasue, for example, spare parts are no longer available to carry out the repair or you choose to replaxce it at any time, however old it is you are entitled to a 5% discount off the full installation cost of a replacement boiler if you choose us to replace your boiler (on top of any other offer which is available at that time)
Plan Excludes:
- Domestic boilers over 70Kw in size of over 16 years old
- Supplying new heating controls if required
- Repairing damage caused by sludge, scale or debris
- Pre-existing faults or conditions
- Chemical dosing
- Warm air heating, underfloor heating, macerator, waste disposals, hot water cylinders, coldwater supply tanks, gas appliances (other than the boiler)
- Any pipework buried under concrete floors or within the fabric of your property

PLATINUM HOME CARE PLAN
PLAN DETAILS
Plan includes an annual service, boiler and heating system care, plumbing and drainage maintenance and repairs with priority to call outs
Help to extend the life of your boiler and optimise performance with an annual service and safety check, including boiler and heating system repairs. We will prioritise any call outs to repairs to your boilers.
PLATINUM SERVICE INCLUDES all services in GOLD plan plus:
- Repairs to the plumbing system within your home including water pipes as they enter the house & throughout the house
- Hot water cylinder & their components such as immersion heaters, timers & thermostats
- Leaking taps & running toilets
- Cold water tanks, ball valves & floats
- Ball cocks, siphons, valves & flush handles/ buttons
- Domestic drainage within the property
- Repairing leaks on internal waste pipes
Plan Excludes:
- Domestic boilers over 70Kw in size of over 16 years old
- Supplying new heating controls if required
- Repairing damage caused by sludge, scale or debris
- Pre-existing faults or conditions
- Chemical dosing
- Warm air heating, underfloor heating, macerator, waste disposals, hot water cylinders, coldwater supply tanks, gas appliances (other than the boiler)
- Any pipework buried under concrete floors or within the fabric of your property

ADD-ON REMOTE MONITORING PLAN
PLAN DETAILS
In additions, we can monitor your systema nd boiler health through a gsm enabled boiler control module (BCM)
The module will notify us of any fault on your boiler in real time, allowing us to respond to the issue as quickly as possible and to attend having already diagnosed the fault. Will will fit one onto your system at a one-off promotional price.
Smart Monitoring of your boiler health includes:
- Remote monitoring of your boiler for faults
- Priority attendance to any boiler faults
