Prices quoted are for work done in Milton Keynes only.
Hourly Rate: Minimum time per appointment is 1 hour after which we will charge in half-hourly increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Free No obligation quotes/ estimates: We can provide free written estimates for major works. Major works include boiler installations, bathroom refurbishment, and whole system upgrades.
Materials: Materials supplied by SEAMSERV LTD will be charged at trade price plus 10% mark up.
Detailed report: We will complete a detailed report, which will capture precisely what was done during our visit so that you have a formal record of the project and of the associated costs.
Invoice: An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, a breakdown of the cost of labour and materials used.
For larger projects, 65% upfront payment is required before the work commences and the 35% balance paid upon completion and handover
Payment: Payment is to be made in full to the engineer once invoiced. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers for larger pre-quoted works.
